About the teacher:

Christina Emra was a performing musician by the age of 12. Christina holds degrees in both Music Education and Masters of Music in Organ Performance from Westminster Conservatory in Princeton, New Jersey. Post graduate studies continued on harpsichord with Fernando Valenti from Julliard. Publications include two volumes of Scarlatti Notebook as the author-compiler, and several volumes as editor. The Choral Experience by Ray Robinson and Allen Winold; Partitas of Bach by Fernando Valenti; and many hymns and piano compositions,. Christina has appeared as a chorister or harpsichordist with New York Philharmonic, Long Island Symphony, Philadelphia Orchestra, Pittsburgh Symphony, New Jersey Chamber Orchestra, North Kentucky State University Orchestra, Xavier University Symphony, Lincoln Symphony Orchestra, and has performed the organ and harpsichord recitals in Colonial Williamsburg.

The Piano Method

The published Faber piano method is a very musical set of instruction compositions techniques with theory support books which motivates students to enjoy practicing and performance.
